PATRICK STEVENS, P.E.,
G.E.
PRESIDENT/CEO
For close to 30 years, Mr. Stevens has provided civil and geotechnical
consulting and project management services for a variety of clients,
working as design engineer and principal-in-charge on over 1,000 infrastructure
related development projects in Northern California. Mr. Stevens also
specializes in providing forensic and expert witness services and
analyses of disputes involving civil and geotechnical issues including
drainage, seepage, expansive soils, earth, and foundation movement.
His experience with dispute resolution has been instrumental in the
development of loss prevention practices in several professional organizations
and client companies.

KENNETH C. FERRONE, P.E., G.E., R.G., C.E.G.
VICE PRESIDENT AND
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
By providing senior geotechnical and geological review, supervising
field investigations, performing geotechnical and geological analyses,
and working with the project designers, Mr. Ferrone guides SFB
clients to cost-effective, strategic decisions. His extensive experience
helps coordinate between a project's parts and its whole. During the
design phase, Mr. Ferrone ensures a project's geotechnical and geological
requirements are incorporated into the plans and specifications in the most cost-effective manner.
He is experienced in providing civil, geotechnical, and engineering
geology consulting and project management services for a variety of
public and private clients.

JONATHAN H. BAILEY, P.E., CPESC
VICE PRESIDENT AND CORPORATE SECRETARY
Mr. Bailey specializes in providing civil, geotechnical and environmental
consulting engineering and project management. His ability to effectively
communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors during
all phases of projects has resulted in many long-standing client relationships
within the private and public sectors.
Mr. Bailey is also a specialist in storm water management, and he
has revised several state agency storm water design manuals, provides
training for public and private clients, established and managed storm
water management programs for over 200 commercial and residential
projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, and performed geotechnical
engineering and storm water management services for numerous pipeline
and residential construction projects.
